To help communications service providers (CSPs) meet their changing needs in the new decade, Oracle will demonstrate its leadership and vision at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, February 15-18.
Oracle Communications Vice President of Product Marketing, Dan Ford, will speak during the "Strategies for Growth: Compelling Customer Service? session on Tuesday, February 16 at 4 p.m. The panel will discuss effective interventions and customer intimacy topics for operators in a Web 2.0 world.
At the Oracle Pavilion AV #44 and in the Oracle-Sun booth in #8C55 Hall 8, Oracle will demonstrate several new innovations, including:
Oracle?s Sun Netra 6000 Modular System with SPARC chip multithreading (CMT) blades, which is designed for communications service providers (CSPs) deploying Web 2.0 and other media services in next-generation communications networks
Oracle Communications Order and Service Management 7.0, a key component of Oracle?s solution for rapid offer design and order delivery, which helps CSPs quickly and efficiently introduce new offers, capture and fulfill orders and provide visibility across the entire order lifecycle
Oracle?s in-store excellence for communications, a retail application suite designed to help CSPs improve and grow their phone store operations
Programs and technology updates for the Java(TM) Platform Micro Edition (Java ME) for Mobile Java. With more than nine million software developers around the globe, Java is one of the world's most popular software platforms and is present on more than 800 million desktop computers and over seven billion Internet-connected devices.
Oracle Communications encourages attendees to follow Oracle?s presence and insight from the show on its newly launched Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages.
