Fold it Correctly
Take the time to fold a shirt correctly before placing it in a shipping box. This will keep the shirt from wrinkles. Button all of the buttons and zip any zips if the shirt has them. Choose a flat surface for folding. Place the shirt upside down on the surface. Smooth out any wrinkles or creases. Fold one sleeve over the middle and follow with the other sleeve. Lift up the bottom of the shirt so that it appears like a square with a collar.

Single tees and dress shirts can often fit in large padded envelopes rather than hard cardboard boxes. Do not use an unpadded manila envelope because moisture will soak through.
