Since ever, people wanted to know why they are ageing. The authoress of the presented empirical study explains in an accessible popularly-scientific manner an own discovery (1983), that the phenomenon of
ageing with all its diverse forms and all its attendant symptoms and concomitants is a predetermined genetically programmed decline of the organism similar to a gradual poisoning of the organism.
Ageing as a step-by-step poisoning of the organism comes about with the help of genes activity by certain basic chemical elements which our organism receives mainly with our daily food. These chemical elements are present in every food all over the world.

also in which way this occurs. The organism registers these total amounts exactly from the beginning of life, at every moment and overall in the course of time, and acts accordingly them.
