Reutlinger Hersteller erweitert innovatives Komplettlösungsangebot durch Zukauf des bayerischen Unternehmens Teracue
(PresseBox) - eyevis, führender Hersteller von Display- und Videowand-Systemen, übernimmt zum 17.02.14 das Geschäft der Teracue AG aus Odelzhausen bei München. Teracue ist führender Hersteller von Hardware- und Software-Produkten für IPTV-Lösungen und Video Networking und wird mit allen Marken-, Namens- und Patentrechten sowie allen Mitarbeitern in die neue Teracue eyevis GmbH überführt. Mit der Übernahme bündeln eyevis und Teracue Ressourcen in der Produktentwicklung und dem Vertrieb und setzen Trends von Streaming-Lösungen im professionellen Bereich.
