Euler Hermes Ratingüberprüft Rating der Grammer AG
(ots) - Euler Hermes Rating überprüft aus aktuellem Anlass
das BBB Rating der Grammer AG und setzt es mit unbestimmtem Ausblick
auf die Watchlist. Hintergrund ist das angekündigte Ausscheiden der
drei Vorstandsmitglieder nach der mehrheitlichen Übernahme der
Grammer AG durch Ningbo Jifeng.
Die Vorstandsmitglieder haben auf der Grundlage vertraglicher
Kontrollwechselklauseln erklärt ihre Ämter innerhalb der nächsten
Monate auf eigenen Wunsch niederlegen zu wollen. Nach Einschätzung
der Ratingagentur führt der Rückzug der Vorstandsmitglieder zu
erhöhten Risiken für die Kontinuität der Unternehmensführung.
Stabilisierende Einflüsse sehen die Analysten in diesem Zusammenhang
in der unveränderten Besetzung des Aufsichtsrates, und der aktuell
positiven Geschäftsentwicklung der Grammer AG. Darüber hinaus hält
Euler Hermes Rating eine geregelte, interne Nachfolge des
Technikvorstandes noch für möglich.
Die Grammer AG ist auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung und den
Vertrieb von Fahrer- und Passagiersitzen für Offroad-Fahrzeuge, Lkw
und Busse sowie von Komponenten und Systemen für die
Pkw-Innenausstattung spezialisiert. Im Geschäftsjahr 2017
erwirtschaftete Grammer mit im Jahresdurchschnitt 12.947 Mitarbeitern
einen Konzernumsatz von EUR 1,8 Mrd.
